Trustees and Local Governors should take all necessary steps to ensure that their password is kept confidential and secure and should inform the Clerk to the Trust immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be used in an unauthorised manner.
When registering on the site you must be aware that the information you submit will be insecure and could be observed by a third party whilst in transit.
User accounts that have not been accessed for 12 months are automatically deleted for security purposes.
Trustees and Local Governors should not publish, post or transmit anything that: offends common standards of courtesy or decency; is reasonably likely to breach technology export restrictions or financial services laws or to be invasive of privacy; is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, blasphemous, seditius, objectionable; or is lawful, offensive, or regarded as such for racial, ethnic or sexual reasons.
